Bumble Party Inspired TuTu Dress


This tutu dress is yellow and black with a strap that comes black in the front and yellow in the back. Strapping over the left side. But can be switched to use on right side with the Yellow to the front and black to the back. It is also adjustable. So you can make it into a bow. Or make a puff on top. Your little girl can match her bumble party theme. Can be worn with or without the empire tie. You can find it here
